If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us within 10 days of item receipt. If, for some reason, a return is warranted, please be aware that shipping charges are not refundable. You will be responsible for any shipping charges for a returned item unless defective. Bits may not be returned unless not used. Saddles can be put on a horse and ridden but must not have any hair or mud in the stirrups. We would suggest that you place a blanket on the horse and that you vet wrap the stirrups to keep them clean. You have 3 days upon receipt of a saddle to contact us regarding a return. Items may have up to a 20% restocking fee if used but contact us for details. All items must have tags attached and be completely clean. A return authorization is required for any returns – contact us via e-mail regarding your return - email@example.com.
